- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife attempted to schedule an appointment for me at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude. The information provided was NOT what was conveyed to her at the desk and there was no need for the dark haired receptionist lack such customer service skills. I have not needed a family care doctor since relocating to Juneau and Valley Medical Care will not be getting our business.
