- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm not sure why the prior reviewer had such a tough time with First American Title in Juneau. I would like to convey my personal experience from several different transactions. Each transfer of property went smoothly with the utmost professionalism. Colleen Sullivan is a true pleasure to work with on all levels. She is smart, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. I doubt she is equaled by many in her field of expertise. She was a big help on 2 transactions she did for us that were For Sale By Owner. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In this day and age of mediocrity, these people present a new low. They broke deadline after deadline, and dragged out what should have been at most a one week deal into two months. A tremendous lack of professionalism. I estimate the cost of the title search/insurance was probably doubled due to extra interest and fees because of the delays. The Closer went on vacation in the middle of the transaction and left us hanging; that alone was an extra $300. Run screaming from these people…. you've been warned.February 12, 2017by ziva david
