Dr. Chan always treated my son with gentle care and very well thought out treatment. Every step is done in the best interest of the patient. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a not-so-pleasant experience with a previous orthodontist here in Juneau years ago. When we heard about Dr. Chan, I was skeptical. What we found was an honest, professional family orthodontist who genuinely cares about his patients. His fees are fair and straightforward. There are no hidden fees. Payment options are provided and affordable. Dr. Chan is great with both patients and parents. He's enthusiastic about his work and he's funny! His staff is always smiling and seem happy working with him, that's an awesome sign. His assistants go out of their way to ensure instructions are clearly understood ~ especially that your dog will eat your retainers! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our experience with Dr. Chan has been wonderful. From the first appointment, we felt comfortable and confident that he was our choice for our orthodontist. He is professional in a very personable way. He always takes the time to ask about school and any activities he knows our son is involved in. He is very patient but expresses concerns about homecare if they arise. We feel so fortunate that he comes up here for the residents of Juneau. Our son is now out of braces and his teeth look great. The follow up care has been fantastic and he is actually sad that he won't be seeing Dr. Chan as often!
