- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪the receptionist & 1-800 customer service line were the only helpful people I spoke with. got charged for a insurance plan that I never signed for, and anytime I had to deal with the local office they were either rude, blew me off, or didn't return my phone call. I can see by other reviews that they COULD be a good company to work with, but with my experience they don't work very well on fixing their mistakes.June 15, 2017by Halee Parr
